Summary: When we arrived the manager on duty, Melody, was extremely rude and would not even look at myself or my husband, she was cold and very unfrendly. We were informed, upon arrival that the elevator was down and that we would have to use the stairs, which was fine for us but what about others who may not be able to use the stairs. We were also told upon arrival tbat we would need to pay $50 for "incidentals" none of which we were told at booking, lastly we had to pay for self parking...parking in a parking lot that was not monitored.

Summary: I've stayed at this Hampton Inn during previous visits to Troy, AL, and this time was by far the worst. For starters, they charged me a daily parking fee; it's just a regular parking lot, no security, no parking garage, no valet. Secondly, my room needed some repairs, a lotion and soap dispenser hanging off the wall, and the towel hook was too. The room just needed to be updated and/or refreshed. I just could not believe they would charge the prices they charged are not ensuring that the rooms are properly maintained. And the parking fee is ridiculous. I will be contacting corporate about my stay.

Summary: Booked a king and upon arrival told none available but parking lot was half empty. Asked for top floor, received 1st floor. Door on cabinet to frig hanging half off. Both queen bed creaked everytime someone moved. Won't stay again!

Summary: I reserved a suite but it was a basic double room. I paid more for a suite and I’m disappointed that was not the room they had for me. I will probably book directly with the hotel instead of through hotels.Com because of this. A coin laundry would have been helpful, had to use the hotel next doors.
